Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

1. Who we are

CineForge ("we", "us") is the service at cineforge.site, operated by [Operator legal name / company], [Postal address], [Country]. Contact: cineforgesupport@cineforge.site.

2. The service

CineForge lets you write stories and scripts and create images, videos, voices, music and complete films with AI models. Many of these models are run by third parties (for example Google, ByteDance, Kling, Runway and voice and music models, mostly through fal.ai). Results, quality, speed and model availability depend on those providers and are not guaranteed. We may add, change or remove models.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Give a real email address you can access, keep your password safe, and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you lose access, password reset is done through your email address.

4. Credits, plans and payments

Paid features use credits from your prepaid balance (1 credit = US$0.01 when bought). The credit cost is shown before you confirm a generation or production. Plans are paid in advance for 30 days and don't renew automatically. Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor (NOWPayments) and are credited after the network confirms them; if an order is paid in several parts, each confirmed part is credited.

If a generation fails on our side or the provider's side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and are not refundable except where the law requires it or at our discretion. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are yours. Payments sent to the wrong address, in the wrong coin or network, or below the minimum may be lost.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use CineForge to create or upload: illegal content; sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that harasses, threatens or impersonates real people; deceptive deepfakes of real people; or content that infringes others' rights. You must have the rights to everything you upload (images, faces, voices, music, logos). Don't attempt to break, overload or bypass the service's limits or security. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules; credits used for violations are not refunded.

6. Your content

Subject to these terms and the AI providers' terms, you own what you create and you're responsible for how you use and publish it. You give us the permission needed to store, process and show your content to you and to send it to the AI providers that run the models you choose. AI outputs may carry invisible watermarks added by providers, and similar outputs can be produced for other users.

7. Availability and storage

We work to keep the service running and your files safe, including nightly backups, but we can't promise uninterrupted service or that files can never be lost. Keep your own copies of finished films you care about.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using CineForge at any time and ask us to delete your account at cineforgesupport@cineforge.site. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update prices, models and these terms; we'll show the new date at the top, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country].
